Welcome!

Website banner featuring the Kimiya Coaching logo (a floral teacup with steam) and text that reads: ‘Career & Creative Coaching for Communities of Color (Seems like alchemy? It is.)’ Three circular certification badges are on the right: Embrace Change Coaching Certification, EC Leadership Accelerator, and EC Collective Founding Member.

Clarity without hustle.
Space to pause. Permission to play.

I’m Naseem Kapdi (she/her), an introverted coach and founder of Kimiya Coaching.

I support BIWOC and first-generation introverts who are navigating burnout, overthinking, or transitions, and want clarity without pushing themselves harder in a calm, judgment-free space to slow down, reflect, and choose next steps that feel aligned and sustainable.

What We Focus On

Together, we work on:

  • clarity about what you want (not what you should want)
  • boundaries that protect your energy
  • rebuilding self-trust after burnout or overextension
  • making decisions that feel grounded and true to you

My coaching honors your pace. There’s no urgency, fixing, or performing here.

How I Coach

My approach is rooted in Pause + Play, creating space to slow down, explore, and reconnect with yourself before rushing into action.

I guide our work using my signature CHAI Method, a gentle process that helps you clarify, align, and integrate meaningful change over time.

(You don’t need to understand the method to begin. We take things one step at a time.)

This Is a Good Fit If You…

  • identify as BIPOC, first-generation, immigrant, and/or child or immigrants
  • are introverted, thoughtful, or deeply reflective
  • feel burned out, stuck, or quietly “off”
  • want clarity without hustle or pressure
  • value warmth, intention, and honest conversation

This May Not Be a Good Fit If You…

  • want quick fixes or rigid step-by-step formulas
  • prefer high-pressure accountability or constant urgency
  • are looking only for résumé writing or job placement

A Little About Me

I’m a first-generation college graduate, child of immigrants, and 2025 Community Rise & Recognize Award recipient for community building.

My path has included roles as an educator, pastry chef, nonprofit professional, writer, and coach — experiences that shape how I hold space for complexity, creativity, and rest.
